What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We try to be a privacy-friendly tool you'd actually hand to your kid. This page is the plain-English version of how that works.

The short version
- We collect the minimum we need to log you in and run the app.
- We don't sell your data, run ads, or share with brokers.
- You can export or delete everything from inside the app.
What we collect
We try to keep this list short. The four categories below cover everything DrawMore stores about you and your child.
- Account. A parent email, a hashed password, and a device identifier we use for spam prevention.
- Usage. Which features you tap, how often, and anonymous error logs that help us fix crashes.
- Generated content. Photos you upload, guides we generate from them, and drawings saved to the sketchbook.
- Payment. Handled by our processor (Apple, Google, or Stripe). We see the charge amount, the charge time, and the plan tier. We never see card numbers.
What we don't collect
We've designed the app so a lot of the usual data-grabbing simply doesn't happen.
- We don't ask for, or store, child names, addresses, or birthdays beyond the broad age band you set.
- We don't track you across the web. There is no third-party advertising SDK in our app.
- We don't have a Facebook pixel.
How long we keep it
Different kinds of data have different shelf lives. The defaults are designed to keep what's useful and quietly drop what isn't.
- Account data: until you delete the account.
- Generated guides and sketchbook: until you or your child deletes them.
- Anonymous usage logs: 90 days, then aggregated so individual sessions can't be reconstructed.
- Backups: a rolling 30-day window, after which deleted data is permanently gone.
Who can see it
Access is narrow on purpose. Most of the time, the only person who can see what's in your account is you.
- You, and any profile you grant access to inside your account.
- A small number of DrawMore engineers — only when investigating a specific bug or safety report, and only with audit logging.
- Our service providers (cloud hosting, payment processor, error logging) under data-processing agreements that forbid them from using your data for anything else.
Your rights
You don't need to email a form or wait on a queue to exercise your rights. They're built into the app.
- Access, correct, export, or delete — all from inside the app, no email forms required.
- Email privacy@drawmore.ai if anything in the app is missing or doesn't work for you.
