Who can use DrawMore

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. The account belongs to you, the adult, and any child profiles inside it are under your supervision. You're responsible for what happens on your account, including activity from any profile you've added.

Acceptable use

We're a kid-facing product, so the line on what's acceptable is drawn firmly and we don't apologise for it.

• No CSAM, of any kind, ever. We report and cooperate with NCMEC where the law requires.
• No content that targets, mocks, or threatens any person or group.
• No attempts to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or DDoS the service.
• No reselling generations to third parties.

Your content

You and your child own everything you upload and everything DrawMore generates from it. We don't claim it.

By publishing a guide to the gallery, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it inside DrawMore so other users can view and reuse it. That licence ends the moment you delete the content.

Our content

The DrawMore name, logo, app, and underlying tech are ours. Don't pretend otherwise — no copycat apps using our branding, please.

Subscriptions and refunds

• Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time inside the app.
• Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion — but we're usually generous.

Limitations of liability

DrawMore is provided "as is". We try hard, but we don't guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or zero AI weirdness. To the extent allowed by law, our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.

Changes

We can change these terms over time. We'll email account holders at least 14 days before any meaningful change takes effect, so you have time to read it and decide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD] without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
